Ample Guitar M Lite Authentic Martin D-41 Sound

Free virtual instrument designed to bring the rich, classic sound of a Martin D-41 Acoustic Guitar
Ideal for modern music production, this lite version provides a highly realistic acoustic tone along with a comprehensive suite of MIDI composition tools, including an advanced strumming and riffer system.
Core Sound and Sampling
The Lite version features the Fingerstyle 1 library, delivering a pristine acoustic sound. Weighing in at 877 MB (16-bit), the engine optimizes resources by sharing samples across different string positions based on pitch, maintaining high quality while keeping a smaller footprint.
The sampling engine includes 5 core articulations: Sustain, Hammer On & Pull Off, Legato Slide, Palm Mute, and Pop. It is enhanced by the Polyphonic Legato and Slide Smoother, which ensures highly realistic legato transitions at any interval and speed. Additionally, AGML captures authentic left-hand performance noises and features adjustable acoustic resonance for added realism. It also supports drop tuning, with the lowest note reaching down to D1.
Riffer 4: Advanced MIDI Editing
AGML shines with Riffer 4, a MIDI editor specifically designed for plucked string instruments:
- Strumming and Chord System: The innovative “Strum Note” treats multiple sub-notes within a chord as a single editable object. This allows unified control over strum time, velocity gradient, and legato parameters, making strum creation intuitive and incredibly realistic.
- Dual View Modes: Seamlessly switch in real-time between Piano Roll and Guitar Tab views, offering two unique perspectives for composition.
- String Visualization System: Strings are visualized within the Piano Roll, intelligently assigning fingering and automatically preventing polyphony on the same string for authentic guitar voicing.
- Intuitive Editing: Program fingering, articulations, and expressions effortlessly without the need for complex key switches or MIDI CC programming.
Strummer & Tab Reader 4
For rhythm guitar tracks, the built-in Strummer can detect and select two chord modes while allowing you to define custom chords. The Strum SEQ feature lets you program strumming in any rhythm and at any speed, supported by an extensive rhythm library with MIDI drag-and-drop support.
Additionally, Tab Reader 4 supports importing Guitar Pro files (GP3 to GP8), allowing you to bring entire guitar tracks into the Riffer while fully retaining fingering, articulations, and performance nuances.
FX System
To shape your acoustic tone, AGML includes a built-in effects rack featuring an 8-band EQ, Compressor, Delay, and a Convolution Reverb.
